The protagonist of this case study is a pharmaceutical company based in Northern Italy, with more than 4.000 employees distributed in different production sites worldwide.
Data Integrity gaps were highlighted after an Authority inspection. Following a gap analysis and aware of the efficiency that Ioi – Integration of instruments could offer, the company decided to implement Ioi both in the production departments and in the packaging lines.
